Born in East Tennessee, Monica Dauksch received her BS and MS degrees from East Tennessee State University, where she minored in art with a focus in photography. Monica says, “My studio practice is rooted in an exploration of nature’s most delicate details and the divine wonder it brings. I find inspiration from the texture and color of natural elements, then intuitively design pieces using ethically sourced, raw materials.”
